Made to Order Policy

All our garments are made to order and specially handcrafted for you. By placing an order, you agree to our Terms & Conditions.

Once an order is placed, we do not offer any returns or exchanges. However, we are happy to assist with alterations if required.

Alterations

In case alterations are needed, customers are required to bear the return shipping cost for sending the garment back to us.

Faulty or Damaged Products

Every product undergoes quality control before dispatch. However, if you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it provided the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Normal wear and tear during usage is not considered a manufacturing defect. Exchanges are only provided for faulty products.

Replacement Process

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
• Email us with images of the damage
• Courier cost for faulty items will be covered by us
• Replacement is subject to stock availability
